I reverted parts of that commit afterwards.
Please don't draw any conclusions from that commit.

The current file says
        "kde/*" : {
            "stable-qt4": "Applications/16.08",
            "latest-qt4": "master",
            "kf5-qt5": "frameworks",
            "stable-kf5-qt5": "Applications/16.08"
        },

I want us to keep being able to build the latest qt4/kdelibs4-based code from 
git, e.g. to compare behaviour and debug regressions.

This doesn't require that these versions keep being "maintained" as such,
just that nobody breaks them.
