Hi,

I noticed that many (if not all) of 5.6.1 tarballs contain compiled
gettext files po/<LANG>/messages.mo, e.g.
plasma-workspace-5.6.1/po/ru/messages.mo, while CMake macro
ki18n_install() ignores *.mo files anyway.
