Applications release process FAQ

Hi,

As I went through the release process of Minuet, I had to poke Albert
with some questions. It's not that we have many new applications
showing up often, but maybe a FAQ could be useful for future releases
of new and existing applications.

If you find it useful I may help keeping it up to date and collecting
new questions which arise in the future.
