git tag signing

Hola.

It was brought to my attention that at least one linux distribution
developer likes to have git tags signed as to have authoritative tags
for releases. IIRC this was mostly as a nice-to-have sort of thing, so
this isn't terribly important I'd say.
Nevertheless, if you are in the business of releasing you might wish
to consider signing your tags. I for one can't see a downside TBH.

doesn't affect Plasma)
