kdepim is not buildable in CI

Indeed, "kdepim Applications-16.08 stable-kf5-qt5" fails due to requiring Qt 5.6
and only finding Qt 5.5.

However note that the same issue affects "Plasma 5.7 stable-kf5-qt5" :

I think this means that the CI needs to switch to Qt 5.6 for stable-kf5-qt5.
