KDE Applications 15.12.0 available for packagers -

While packaging kdepimlibs 15.12.0 I get the following CMake error:

Could not find a configuration file for package "KF5Prison" that is compatible 
with requested version "1.2.1".

Can someone let me know where the 1.2.1 release tarball is located, Ive search 
depot and cant find it.

http://download.kde.org/stable/prison/ is still at 1.1
