Build failures with KDE Apps 16.07.90

Hi Release Team,

Apologies for being maybe late with this one, but I only managed now to get KDE Apps 
16.08 RC build. 

During the build I found the following issues: 

1)	Minuet seems to require Qt 5.7.0. 
2)	kde-l10n fails to build due to the following error in the Italian translations:

3)  Umbrello fails to build with the error:

All other packages are building fine.
