Kamoso and first Purpose release

I'm also seeing an icon conflict between purpose-1.0 and 
kdevplatform-1.7.x, they both provide
/usr/share/icons/hicolor/128x128/apps/reviewboard.png
/usr/share/icons/hicolor/16x16/apps/reviewboard.png

How are others resolving this?
