Kamoso and first Purpose release

Hi Aleix,

Can you confirm no more kdelibs4-based releases of Kamoso will be
done? If yes, then
 1. Please adjust i18n branches configuration at projects.kde.org to
remove "<branch i18n="stable">2.1</branch>" (set it to none),
 2. Luigi can remove the translations from branches/stable/l10n-kde4.

About libpurpose. If you are going to release from its "1.0" branch
again, then please add it as stable_kf5 into i18n branch configuration
at projects.kde.org and request copying of translations from
trunk/l10n-kf5 to branches/stable/l10n-kf5.
