kservice v5.14.2 release

Hello David, all

kservice 5.14.2 causes plasma to crash - and as reported on the Arch Linux
General mailing list:

"This update breaks plasma - kbuildsycoca5 runs exits and restarts in an
infinite loop.

Fix is to downgrade to kservice-5.14.0-1"

I can confirm this issue. Can you please check?
