I made a bugfix release for kservice in order to fix an upgrade bug due to a sycoca file format change.

Another thing: if you try to compile kdesignerplugin-5.14.0 with Qt 5.4, you'll get a
compile error. In that case, grab commit 6cbf534. I can make a new tarball if someone
prefers, of course.
