umbrello choose to have a branch that builds against kdelibs4 and KF5, a 
workflow the community choose to not support, so I'd say they are on their own 
there.

Probably that's not the best workaround, those policies where changed because 
cmake is going to drop them soon (or so i understand), since you're one of the 
few that can reproduce the problem it'd be great if you could produce a patch 
to fix it "properly".
