New release of Krusader

[Ovidiu-Florin BOGDAN]

Hello,

It has been some time since the last release of Krusader (~2 and a half years). 

A lot of fixing has been done since then, and it has been ported to KF5. Could we have a release of it?
How would we go about doing this?
