Norwegian Bokmal translations for Klettres and Kturtle are still KDE4 based

Hi Albert,

Thanks for solving this one. It seems that the file installed in katepart is 
coming actually from kturtle. It is the file logohighlightstyle.nb.xml. So 
that should be fixed now too :)
