Wrong prefix in KPeople libraries

I've just been pointed out by kubuntu packagers that we're missing the
KF5 prefix (i.e. the library is called libKPeople.so instead of
libKF5People.so). This patch [1] addresses that but it's obviously a
BIC.

I see these options:

We also install symbolic links so that things compiled to the old
library name still work.
We ship a new tarball with the fix and overlook the BIC problem.
We overlook the problem completely and leave it as is.

Or maybe there's another solution I'm not aware of.
