No, bluedevil 5.3 won't be ported to bluez-qt 5.11.
You should use workspace release of bluez-qt (Plasma/5.3) with bluedevil 5.3.

If you want to use bluez-qt 5.11 with bluedevil 5.3, you'll need to
apply this patch: https://paste.kde.org/pbwfdvuwe
