Applications 15.04.3 tarballs are up for packagers

I'm doing everything in the wrong order this time somehow, sorry.

Anyway, marble from this release doesn't build with Qt 5.5 so Anke
Boersma <demm at kaosx.us> provided a fix that is in a new tarball that
I'm uploading now. The hash and revision are the following:

marble Applications/15.04
11c7e96e96c11ae24a485ce34f95925365acc4f4
5aa065a8271df5f2ef594d8a8cc2985223b1f009a06f1ad569e17ee4b2724bba
sources/marble-15.04.3.tar.xz

I'll chown the folder to let all grab the sources after this upload is
done. The release has been announced on www.kde.org and the other
mailing lists.
