It's something hard to do unless someone invests quite a lot of time.
Sure we can check the config migrator is there, that's "easy" but some stuff
may have changed name or something different. (i.e. that thing you'd need a
kconf_update)
The idea behind not forcing everyone to move at the same time was to make sure
that what we moved was throughly tested by its developers so the quality was
good, but it seems some people may have rushed :_/
