Allow to increase ecm version for kdegames (and others)

Hi,
In ecm 1.7.0 we can specify icon for application in MacOsX and Windows
There is a new macro ecm_add_app_icon

It will good for 15.04

I created a script to port it directly.

Is it possible to do it ?
