15.04 feature freeze exception for dolphin and dolphin-plugins

I don't know, you tell me, how much has the code changed?

Do you think our users would appreciate losing those features?
What is our goal in here?
Release a KF5-based Dolphin for the sake of releasing a KF5-based Dolphin?
Or do we want to give our users the best posible user experince?
