KDE Applications 14.12.2 ready for packagers

That page is about the Applications/14.12 releases, they wont change from
Qt4/kdelibs4 to Qt5/kf5 during the point releases no.
Many more applications will be changing to kf5/Qt5 for the
Applications/15.04 release though, yes.
