kate-15.12 broken with KDE Frameworks-5.17 (was: www/sites/www)

I don't really follow Kate development, but this is serious enough and
the patch looks good to me, so I took the "be bold" Wikipedia
guideline and cherry-picked the commit to 15.12.

Let me know if I broke something.
