kcalcore failing tests for KDE Applicationst 15.12 release

Hi,

Thanks for pointing me to that - I also looked the last days at kcalcore, 
because I need to do there some work.

I investigate it - and think that the core of the problem is, that our CI is 
not finding ktimezoned anymore. And so don't get the correct timezone 
informations. I filed a ticket (https://phabricator.kde.org/T1147), that should 
fix it.
