kopete and kdepimlibs in apps 15.08

Kopete uses KResources for accessing KABC contacts. Not akonadi! I think
that KResources was already deprecated and I thought it is going to be
removed in KF5. This is reason why I think that rewriting Kopete code to
work without KABC will not be simple.
