Phonon 4.8.2 and Phonon VLC 0.8.1

New maintenance releases for the Phonon 4.8 series available.
Improving reliability of the PulseAudio icon property containing
something meaningful.
Also introducing compatibility regressions for VLC 2.2, for more
information have a look at the changelog in the wiki.

It is highly advised that distributions that are going to be shipping
VLC 2.2 pick up Phonon VLC 0.8.1, without the changes volume control
in Phonon applications will likely not be working.
