KDNSSD renames

As part of the frameworks effort, we would like to rename the "kdnssd"
repository in kdenetwork to (the much more descriptive)
zeroconf-ioslave, which would allow the kdnssd-framework repository to
be renamed to kdnssd (in line with the other frameworks).

This obviously affects KDE SC 4, so I want to check with you (the
release team and the people listed as project managers at [0]) that you
are OK with this, and the changes to, e.g., the release process this
entails.

My plan is to submit sysadmin requests for the renames next Friday (ie:
a week from now) unless anyone raises any strong objections.
