So I tried to include this in the proposal I made (which got shot down anyway)
and it got completely shut down. If you have specific things that need testing
in a broader audience than just you, let us know in Kubuntu, we can certainly
spin up test packages for people to try and people who will try anything even
if we tell them not too.
