[kde-promo] The name of Applications 4.14 + 1 - how about splitting into 4-part and 5-part

Alternative suggestion... please consider splitting the release into a 4 and a 
5 part (which are released together)!

This would have the big advantage that each tarball / resulting RPM / ... 
immediately indicates what "stage" of KDE it belongs to. 

It would create much less confusion than the introduction of a new additional 
numbering scheme. (Yes I realize it may involve work.)
