And you would guarantee that Plasma-next and Applications are working without 
the need of rebuilding the entire stack ??  If this is the case, then I agree 
with you that KF5 updates wouldn't form a problem to push it through the 
maintenance tracks. 

But if it is required to rebuild the entire stack, just because there is a KF5 
update, then this would be a big issue as that this is not happening within 
the maintenance track.
