PyKDE4 fails with the following error:

The relevant part of object.h reads: 

    397 typedef struct{
    398     const char* name;
    399     int basicsize;
    400     int itemsize;
    401     int flags;
    402     PyType_Slot *slots; /* terminated by slot==0. */
    403 } PyType_Spec;

Not sure where the problem really is but it smells like a namespace 
collision...
