Nepomuk - Changing the Resource class behaviour

As far as I understand, there is no API to remove or deprecate: Vishesh wants 
to change the behavior of the Resource class. So my summary would be:

- leave things alone for 4.10.0
- change behavior in master
- change behavior in 4.10.1
