As far as I read the schedule we are frozen between Jaunary 16, 23:59 UTC and 
January 17, 23:59 UTC

If anyone has a better wording or a better way of improving t
he process, please don't hesitate to go to the "KDE SC 4.11 Release Schedule" 
thread and suggest improvements for the next cycle :-)
