Yeah, blame Ubuntu for having a patched cups that forwardports that feature from 1.5 to 1.6

New print-manager tarball is up with commit ea7f301c5a5eb4ac8d2fe65e85a8470dcfbf2346
sha1sum of the tarball is 4a3d143b3d192efc747958b5d4fd214937005f4a

I have built the packages and build fine here
