Meh, forgot about these changes. Will see to make it backwards-compatible at 
least, as otherwise I would need to change quite some more stuff. Should be 
fixed during the upcoming WE.

Thanks for the report, Jonathan.

Is there an easy way/tool to check ABI changes myself as developer, so 
packagers can be saved from the need to report such things upstream?
