The situation with KDEBindings is quite compicated atm

4.9 needs a new release of Soprano, else Nepomuk-core does not compile, BUT 
this make impossible to compile Smokekde as does not compiles with Soprano 
from GIT and Korundum cannot be compiled without Soprano, DWITH_Soprano=OFF 
does not works for Korundum,

The "fastest" solution is release a new Soprano and fix Korundum to make 
possible the compilation without Soprano, as the rest of the bindings (right 
now, none kdebindings package compiles with a soprano from GIT),
