Nepomuk-Core clashes with other Repos

Also:
* nepomuk-core needs soprano from git to build
* kde-base-artwork doesn't build (cmakelist.txt is missing some line)
* strigi-multimedia provides an empty package
* kdebindings-smokekde doesn't build soprano bindings using soprano from git 
(bugs reported)
