4.9 SC RC1 tarballs are up

Martin went of record, and emailed me directly, I did try all kinds of
settings, as he was suggesting, no change, he then mentioned the error did
look like it was referring to one of the recent commits, thus my reverting
this commit, which showed the same as my error messages.
