Moving strigi-multimedia to unmaintained

It's a suite of strigi analyzers, does what all other strigi analizers do, 
give you data about the file format.

I'll ask sysadmin to do the move.

P.S: Well it's actually not strigi analyzers, that's the problem, it's 
KFilePlugins that's the KDE3 version of the strigi analyzers.
