Current critical bug

Hi,

A critical bug is present in 4.8 RC: when you set Konqueror file manager as your default file manager in System Settings then when you open anything with it, it loops and tries to open hundreds of instances.
It's wrongly assigned to Plasma currently, I don't know whom to assign it to.
