Please tag kde-workspace KDE/4.7 with 4.7.1

Hello,

Everything is in the title, Could you please tag the KDE/4.7 branch with 
4.7.1 ? it helps us (packagers) to import important fixes. Even if there 
is "version bump to 4.7.1", a tag is always useful.
