Time before beta1 tagging?

Hi,

As discussed on k-c-d, there is no techincal solution forthcoming to
the source compatibility breakage in kdelibs4.7.

The patches requiring SDO 0.7 in kdelibs and kdepim now probably need
to be reverted until there is a solution that does not break source
compatibility.

There may also be kdebase patches which need to be reverted.

Tagging is supposed to happen today, and I'd like to have this fixed
before that happens.

What time is tagging supposed to happen?
