I want libksane and ksaneplugin to be included in the 4.6.2 release.

I just fixed standalone compilation of ksaneplugin and the installation of 
KSaneConfig.cmake also in the 4.6 branch of libksane.

I assume it is the stable i18n branch you refer to.
