Fwd: KDE 4.6.3 tarballs (try#1 part1) uploaded

kdeedu/cmake no longer exists, each project has a cmake folder underneath it
if it needs cmake modules.  Also, LibKdeEduConfig.cmake which helps
applications find libkdeedu comes from libkdeedu/LibKdeEduConfig.cmake.in.
