KDEPIM 4.6.0 (Was: KDE 4.6.4 uploaded (try#1))

Dirk,

Please keep kdepim and kdepim-runtime out of the 4.6.4 release.
I'll will handle releasing those separately in a couple days.

They will be called 4.6.0, not 4.6.4
