I've noticed that on 4.6.95 there were tarballs for the gu, hi and mai
locales that are not present for 4.7.0. Conversely, there's now a ug
locale not present on 4.6.95. Are these changes intentional or an oversight?

Regardless, I was able to build 235 of the 287 ebuilds of 4.7.0 on my
laptop and have been running 4.7.0 for more than 1 day without any
visible issues.
