KDE 4.7.0 tarballs (try#1) uploaded

Hi, 

I just finished uploading the first set of KDE 4.7.0 tarballs. Those are the 
split tarballs that I mentioned before, I have not succeeded yet in creating 
merged tarballs again. 

kde-l10n is still being generated, I'll upload it shortly. 

Please drop an email about show stopper issues to release-team at kde.org, and 
any compilation issues or other messups with the tarballs to kde-
packager at kde.org, and I'll respond.
