Playground kdevelop-related projects reside in extragear/kdevelop

Hi Milian, Aleix, i am trying to port the l10n scripty process to use 
https://projects.kde.org/kde_projects.xml as source of information and i have 
encountered that quanta, kdev-python and kdev-qmake reside inside the 
extragear/kdevelop module.

This is somehow confusing, could we move them to 
https://projects.kde.org/projects/playground/devtools/ along with
kdev-valgrind project?
