Version numbering: KDE 4.7.00?

Hi,

I just realised that the version reported here for the KDE platform is 
actually "4.7.00".
Now I wonder if that is a bug or if there is a reason for having two 
zeros at the end.

I am using archlinux and another user on irc using Gentoo also had the 
same version number.
