Uh, no. Sorry, but just no. There's no way the port is going to be done for 
4.6.3.

You may have some luck with the Fedora 15 branch in NetworkManager git 
(instead of stock 0.9) and the accompanying patches to kdebase-workspace and 
kde-plasma-networkmanagement. An updated/fixed version of the kde-plasma-
networkmanagement patch can be found at 
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/attachment.cgi?id=494971 . But those patches do 
not work with NetworkManager 0.9 as is, only with the Fedora 15 branch and its 
compatibility interface. So you'll need NetworkManager patched/changed too. 
Also be warned that any new features implemented in kde-plasma-
networkmanagement after approximately March 23 are not implemented in that 
compatibility interface at this time and thus will not work. (That includes 
system connections and Bluetooth tethering, and yes, those will most likely 
not work in Fedora 15, at least not when it gets released.) There are also 
issues with VPN support which we're trying to fix.

A real port to NetworkManager 0.9 is a major change and needs more time!
