KDEPIM 4.6 Beta5 Tarballs (try #2)

According to my fellow KDEPIM devs, the strigi analyzers are not critical on the desktop.
however, the mobile version should definitely have a strigi version > 0.7.2

If any strigi devs are reading this, I hope they can release a new version very soon.

In the meantime, this shouldn't block desktop distros from using this tarball.
If there are no other concerns with try#2 I will announce the KDEPIM  4.6 beta5 (probably tomorrow).
